Patents

We counsel and advice our clients on all aspects related to drafting and promotion of applications for obtaining the licences required for patenting of inventions, also the technology transfer operations or outsourcing. Our competences can refer to:

• checking availability and formulating legal opinions regarding the necesity for initiation of patent procedures;

Copyright

It is enough that by concluding agreements with providers or beneficiaries to provide your data to be stored in a database in order to invoke the provisions of the laws relating to the protection of personal data. For this purpose we have developed a series of mechanisms and services specific to this sphere of intellectual property legislation:

• legal counselling, assisting and representing clients in relations with National Authority for Supervision of Personal Data Processing in Romania;
• legal assistance in order to comply with legal provisions in force;
