We provide legal services in all matters included within the sphere of environmental law from obtaining funding, permits, authorizations, approvals to the implementation of investment projects and representation in matters of environmental protection and development.

Furthermore, considering our experience gained over the years in this field, we are able to offer our clients a wide range of optimal solutions, implemented through methodologies in a continuous update in relation to legislative development and economic reality and closely related with the compliance of the rules of national and European environmental law, in order to obtain financing or implement investment projects in the field of renewable energy.

Alongside our collaborators we are able to offer our clients legal services performed to high standards of professional ethics, granted in the field of environmental law and which include for example:

• providing legal support to clients whose activities have an impact on the environment in order to meet the legal requirements regarding environmental protection and development;
• legal advising, assistance and representation of clients in order to obtain authorizations or environmental approvals;
• advising, assisting and representing clients in order to carry out all the necessary arrangements for obtaining grants funding of projects designed for the use of renewable energy;
• providing legal counseling for the implementation of investment projects having as object the domain of energy obtained from renewable sources;
• assisting clients in the assessment of their activity, regarding the compliance of environmental rules;
• assisting clients regarding the rules applicable to the implementation of joint projects of Clean Development Mechanisms pursuant to the Kyoto Protocol and of the installations covered by the Emissions Trading Scheme (E.T.S.-Emission Trading Scheme);
• assisting and representing clients in procedures for obtaining and trading green certificates and/or certificates of greenhouse emissions, in accordance with the stipulations of the Kyoto Protocol and E.T.S. regulations;
• advising clients with respect to General and/or specific rules regarding the waste management operations, as well as with regard to the formalities required for placing on the market specific products and paying obligations for the Environmental Fund;
• advising clients regarding legal requirements and potential limitations of law related to the activity deployed within or near protected natural areas;
• counseling, assisting and representing our clients during the checking operations carried out by the competent authorities in the environment domain, such as Environment Guard, including assessments of the Control Reports issued by the authorities and the opportunity to challenge any penalties issued during these controls;
• representation of clients’ interests in relations with the authorities and competent bodies in the field of environmental protection;
• legal advising, assisting and representing clients in litigation proceedings for annulment of administrative acts issued in the matters of environmental law;
