In view of the activity we are currently working alongside our partners in this area, we provide our clients, whether they are public institutions, whether private investors-specialist legal services throughout the public tenders procedures, concessions of public goods and services, financing or leasing programs, negotiations and developing public-private partnerships (P.P.P.) or concession contracts, as well as advice on accessing private funds or on implementing various schemes or other similar B.O.T. programs and innovative financing techniques.

In this sense, according a particular attention in safety work and investment of our clients, we assist them even before the preliminary stage of the proceedings, by offering them services performed with maximum celerity, including:

• drafting legal opinions on the interpretation and application of legislation regarding public acquisitions and public-private partnerships (P.P.P.) and legislative news in this field;

• identification of the possible opportunities for public contracts/acquisitions registered in the Electronic System of Public Acquisitions (S.E.A.P.) and of the eligibility conditions required for participation in the listed auctions;

• elaborating, reviewing or analysing, in accordance with national and Community law, the necessary documentation for all the steps and procedural aspects of the auction or acquisition;

• legal assistance in the preparation and promotion of technical and financial offers;

• elaboration of association agreements and/or subcontracting, and also legal advice, assistance and representation in negotiating, concluding and implementing them;

• Legal advice and assistance in formulating appeals, complaints and objections in accordance with the legislation in force for their promotion to the National Council for Solving Complaints (C.N.S.C.) the National Authority for the Regulation and Monitoring of Public Aquisitions (A.N.R.M.A.P.) and the Coordination and Monitoring Unit of public aquisitions(U.C.V.A.P.).
