• drafting, reviewing, implementation and termination of the transport contracts in accordance with the following conventions C.M.R., T.I.R. (International road transport) , A.D.R. • managing the purchase or sale of means and transport equipment (regardless of their kind, including fleet or logistics), or management of specific negotiation operations, interpretation, reviewing, implementation or termination of leasing contracts, in case the transactions are governed by such contracts;
• managing the qualified personnel for transport activity at several companies;
• filling disputes over reports of contravention which stipulate penalties for infringements of the rules related to the Highway Code, obsolete, transport of dangerous goods (A.D.R.), C.M.R. Convention, as well as reports issued by the National Customs Authority for blocking goods in and recovery of damages created;
• operations which have main goal the recovery of goods or carried goods (which are missing or are corrupted), or the recovery of their equivalent value;
• representation of transport operators in front of the institutions empowered in resolving disputes arising from the bad execution or non-execution of the contracts of carriage, or from the involvement in traffic, air, maritime and rail accidents;
• application of the legal and tax regime of goods which are subject of international shipments (including handling payment incidents or transport incidents);
• negotiation, conclusion or cancellation of an insurance policy for the carriage of goods and persons;
